You may return any item (in its original condition) for a refund (of the price you paid) within 30 days from the day after the day you received your item. You must take reasonable care of the item and may inspect and assess it, but not wear it or use it in any way.
To return an item please include the item together with a completed returns slip. Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed. It is essential you complete all the boxes on the returns slip otherwise we may be unable to make a refund.
Please indicate on the returns slip if you require a refund or a replacement. Please also indicate if you believe that the item is faulty. Please note that all items must be unworn and unused.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery postage service as we cannot be held responsible for items that we do not receive. Please note that all post and packing charges for returns and re-shipping charges are the liability of the customer, however we will refund post and packing costs if the item is found to be faulty.
When packing your item for return, we suggest that you reuse the box you received it in, or use a similar form of packaging for your return. Please make sure all old postage labels, stickers, and other materials have been removed. If you received your item in a postage-bag then often these are not in a condition where they can be reused and we suggest you use a similar form of packaging to return the item. The items are your responsibility until they reach our Shop, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
